Join us truck side as Chef Jody Kropf of Red Hills Market demonstrates his love for all things wood-fired using his converted 1940s International mobile food truck.

Following the demonstration will be a brief reception and a 3 course dinner in our Estate Vineyard Tasting Room paired with a selection of Winderlea wines.  Space is extremely limited for the demonstration and the dinner, so RSVP now to secure your place.

shots of potato leek soup, crispy pancetta crumbs & chives

Salad | winter greens, crispy plantains, smoked almonds, charred cara cara oranges & a creamy passion fruit dressing

Main | Winderlea Pinot Noir braised duck legs, charred carrots, olive fennel gremolata &  Italian Castelluccio lentils
