It's Oregon Cheese Month! Did you know we have an (multiple) award winning creamery in the heart of the Dundee Hills? Briar Rose Creamery creates rich, delicate cheese by hand from sweet, fresh milk. They nurture each small batch of cheese, and take the extra time needed to achieve the best flavor and texture, highlighting the seasonal qualities of their cheese.

Briar Rose is open Fridays & Saturdays, 12pm to 5pm. By appointment only Mondays - Thursdays. You can also find their cheeses at many local farmer's markets and grocery stores. Pick up some Briar Rose Cheese to celebrate Oregon's wonderful cheeses.
