Food Cart Featuring Smashburgers and More Now Open at Alit Winery

Alit Winery and Breakside Brewery opened a new food cart earlier this month, giving visitors another great option for a meal in town. The food cart focuses on classic pub fare, with fast, affordable, satisfying favorites like smash burgers, fried chicken, and a warm brewery pretzel. Guests can also choose from a few salads and a small kids’ menu. The menu will evolve as they add more specials over time.

“Everyone is welcome to stop by for a burger and a beer or glass of wine, catch a football game in the tent, or grab dinner on the way home from work,” says Dan Brownhill, the Director of Restaurants and Taprooms at Breakside Brewery. 

For added convenience, Breakside also offers online ordering through Uber Eats, with pickup or delivery options. The wine and beer bar is located along 99w in downtown Dundee. The food truck hours match the tasting room: open 2-8 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and noon-8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
