Tucked into the heart of the Dundee Hills, Vinovate Custom Wine Services is redefining winemaking in Oregon’s renowned wine country. As the Willamette Valley’s only ultra-premium custom crush facility, Vinovate provides winemakers with the space, equipment, and expertise to craft exceptional vintages—without the overhead of owning a winery.
Located among some of the world’s most coveted vineyards, Vinovate offers gravity-flow winemaking, temperature-controlled barrel rooms, and an on-site laboratory, giving boutique brands the tools to elevate their wines. Here, the region’s signature varietals—Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines—can reach their highest potential under the guidance of a winemaking team with decades of experience.

Sustainability is at Vinovate’s core. The facility is solar-powered, operates with electric vehicles and equipment, and collects rainwater for reuse. Its 43-acre estate vineyard is dry-farmed using regenerative organic practices, ensuring a thriving ecosystem for future generations. Even winemaking byproducts are composted, reinforcing a commitment to the land.
