We’re excited to welcome Bergström Wines to the Dundee Hills Winegrowers Association. A multi-generational family of Swedish and French heritage, their winemaking story first took shape with vines planted in the Dundee Hills in 1997.

Bergström is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality possible as reflected in their team mantra, “1,000 days of effort.” Their award-winning Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays are crafted from five estate vineyards spanning 70 acres within the Willamette Valley, including the 13-acre Bergström Vineyard in the Dundee Hills. This year, they proudly celebrate their 26th vintage, coinciding with the Dundee Hills AVA’s own 20th anniversary of official recognition.

The Bergström family has farmed with a deep respect for the land, practicing biodynamic and regenerative methods from the very beginning. They have avoided herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, and systemic chemicals, instead relying on natural solutions and processes, including adding tons of compost enriched with botanicals, grape skins, and manure to nurture healthy soil and improve water retention.

Guided by a philosophy that blends careful farming with meticulous winemaking, their vintages are celebrated by collectors and newcomers alike, offering a true expression of terroir and tradition.
