Chef Karl Holl of Park Avenue Fine Wines and Spatzle & Speck will join us for an outstanding dinner paired with EIEIO & Company wines. Chef Karl was recently named 2018’s Chef of the Year by both Portland Monthly and Eater, and will contribute food he has farmed and raised to the menu created in partnership with Chef Chase. EIEIO founder and winemaker Jay McDonald will host a memorable evening of stories and conversation.
