Celebrate at Ambar Estate with a hands-on gnocchi making experience. Guided by Chef Heidi, guests will craft their own gnocchi dough, roll and shape the pasta using traditional boards, and then enjoy their freshly made gnocchi served with a choice of delicious sauces and Ambar Estate wines.
