Open That Bottle Celebration at Holloran

Open That Bottle Day is all about choosing to enjoy a saved or special bottle of wine. Here at Holloran, we are opening our 2006 Holloran Pinot Noir Le Pavillon. This twenty year old gem is at its peak and we want to share it with you. Guests in the Tasting Room will be treated to a bonus pour of this great wine on all tasting flights during the event. On the menu we will also feature a fun and delicious cheese from the Northwest’s premier cheese purveyor, Cowbell Cheese Shop.
