Aaron Bowlby Toy Drive

Join us in bringing joy to children in need by supporting The Aaron Bowlby Toy Drive. We’ve teamed up with musician Mike Vaughn to collect toys and donations during his live music performance.

What is the Aaron Bowlby Toy Drive?

The “Aaron Bowlby Toy Drive” starts on November 1st every year in memory of Aaron. He had a heart of gold and left this earth way too early.

Aaron’s family gathers toys for the next month and delivers them to the Newberg Toy and Joy in early December in correlation with Aaron’s birthday, December 1st.

The first Christmas after Aaron graduated from high school and was working, he decided to help a child in need at Christmas. He chose a 6 year old boy who wanted a bicycle and went and picked out a nice bike and helmet. He delivered the bike himself to the boy’s parents on Christmas Eve 2000.

It is with this same heart that his family collects toys for the Newberg Toy and Joy. We encourage everyone who can donate a toy to the Newberg Toy and Joy or help a family in need this Christmas in memory of Aaron.

A cover charge of $12 will be donated to the cause, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could also bring a toy to donate. 

Also, our 2015 Reserve Pinot will also be discounted to 30% off this day!
