Flower & Flour Class – Ambar Estate
Learn the art of flower arranging and bread making at Ambar Estate’s first classroom series: Flower & Flour. Among the company of new and familiar friends, enjoy Ambar Estate wines and allow Chef Heidi to guide you through the steps to make your very own sourdough starter. While the bread rises and bakes in the oven, Jenny from Port and Palm company will guide you through various techniques to craft a beautiful flower arrangement, utilizing local and seasonally available blooms. The Flower & Flour class will be held on September 15th at 11am-1:30pm, tickets include wine, tea sandwiches and small bites. Limited seats are available, members receive 25% off tickets.
