This year we’re celebrating the changing of the season with the release of our Rosé of Pinot Noir. The 2020 vintage is an artful blend of clones 114 and the Swan clone from our Estate Vineyards augmented by Wädenswil from Freedom Hill’s exceptional Wyatt Block. The fruit our winemakers selected for this rosé was vinified in individual lots, and remained on skins for 48 hours before it was gently pressed, settled, then racked to French oak puncheons, concrete vessels, and stainless steel. A vibrant carmine hue, our Rosé of Pinot Noir blooms in the glass with showy aromas of strawberry, rhubarb pie, citrus, and a top note of rosemary. On the palate, it achieves a graceful balance of freshness, richness, and complexity.
