Symonette Retrospective Tasting

We would like to invite you to a rare side-by-side vertical tasting of six consecutive vintages between 2012 and 2018 of our single-vineyard Symonette Pinot Noir with our new winemaker Derek Einberger on June 18th at 2 pm.

This interactive vertical wine tasting will provide a truly unique experience allowing wine enthusiasts to discover the difference between vintages, learn about the influences that cause these variations and develop a better understanding of the Dobbes’ varietal style and composition.

This special vertical tasting will include thoughtfully paired bites from Trellis Wine Bar and Kitchen alongside the flight. Join us after the tasting for a short reception to share a few more surprises from our library reserve. We’ll have vintages as early as 2006 available for purchase.
