We’re excited to announce that Trellis, a beloved brick-and-mortar restaurant in downtown Dundee, has launched a mobile kitchen at Archery Summit. If you’re exploring the Dundee Hills AVA, this is a must-visit spot to experience exceptional seasonal dishes crafted with local ingredients and Trellis’ signature artistic flair.

Those searching for Trellis’ famous freshly baked focaccia bread won’t be disappointed. At the pop-up, the focaccia serves as a base for their pizza, generously topped and cooked to perfection in the same style wood-fired oven Trellis uses throughout the valley for catering events and at the restaurant for pizzas served at Dundee’s Third Thursday festivities. The menu includes more than just focaccia pizzas; it also features oysters on the half-shell, fresh salads, and an assortment of tempting desserts. 

This new addition to the Dundee Hills food scene is a delightful and convenient option for those touring the wineries on the south side of the AVA, saving visitors a trip back to town without compromising on a delicious meal. Guests can enjoy a meal in the Archery Summit tasting room alongside a flight, or take their meal to go. Ordering can be done in advance via the Trellis website, at the pop-up window, or directly from the Archery Summit tasting room.
