At Trellis, our deep roots in Oregon’s food, beverage, and hospitality industries drive our passion for showcasing the exceptional bounty of the Willamette Valley. From fresh, locally sourced ingredients to the region’s outstanding wines, we’re dedicated to offering an authentic taste of this remarkable area. This commitment led us to create Trellis, a place where both visitors and locals can savor the rich flavors of our region in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, whether in our cozy indoor dining room or out on the patio.

To make our offerings even more accessible, we provide convenient takeout options, cater for a variety of events and occasions, and operate an opent-to-the-public mobile wood-fired food truck at Archery Summit Winery in the Dundee Hills, bringing the best of Trellis directly to you.
