Cottages & Gardens Features Two Dundee Hills Sparkling Wines

Baroness Sheri de Borchgrave included two Dundee Hills Winegrowers Association members in her Thanksgiving pairing recommendations on Connecticut Cottages & Gardens. This year’s selections were dedicated entirely to the Willamette Valley, Oregon’s largest AVA with more than 700 members. In a nod to the region’s growing recognition for exceptional sparkling wines, both selections from the Dundee Hills are méthode Champenoise.

  • ROCO RMS Brut ($65) – An exceptional méthode Champenoise cuvée with elegant aromas of white rose, pear, nectarine and oyster shell brine.
