Established in 2019, Domaine de Broglie is a continuation of the Coppola Family’s long-standing winemaking tradition which began in the New York City basement of Francis’s Grandfather where he made wine using concrete vats he constructed himself – a memory the family holds dear.
The Domaine de Broglie estate is located in the renowned Dundee Hills in the northern part of the Willamette Valley. Ranging from 670 feet to 870 feet, our vineyard site is relatively high elevation with cool and late-ripening growing conditions and Jory volcanic soil. Pinot Noir was first planted in the Dundee Hills in 1965, and twenty years later it was considered one of the premier Pinot Noir regions in the world. Domaine de Broglie resides less than one mile from where the first Pinot Noir vines were planted in the Dundee Hills, and today the area is considered as the origin for some of Oregon’s most acclaimed Pinot Noirs.
Domaine de Broglie produces award-winning Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Sparkling Wine made exclusively from fruit grown on our 42-acre, LIVE Certified sustainable vineyard.
